Billing and payment questions
- Which payment methods can I use to buy a NASGuard backup plan?
- All major credit and debit cards are accepted at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; NASGuard never stores your card details.
- Is billing monthly or yearly, and can I switch later?
- You can choose monthly or yearly billing at checkout. Yearly billing is about 16% cheaper, and you can switch billing cycles at any time from your account billing page.
- Do I get an invoice or receipt after paying?
- Yes. A PDF receipt is emailed automatically after every successful payment, and every transaction with its ID and renewal date is listed on your billing page.
- Can I change the amount of storage after I subscribe?
- Yes. Per-TB plans can be scaled up or down at any time and the price is prorated for the remaining period of your subscription.
- What is the refund policy?
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: if NASGuard has a bug or technical problem we cannot resolve for you, request a refund within 7 days of your payment and we will refund it in full. You can also cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and your licence stays active until the end of the paid period.
