NASGuard Backup Manager is a digital software licence that is activated and delivered instantly after payment. We stand behind the product with a 7-day money-back guarantee.

7-day money-back guarantee

If NASGuard Backup Manager has a bug or technical problem that our support team cannot resolve for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment. Contact us at billing@nasguard.cloud describing the issue, give us a reasonable chance to fix it, and if we cannot resolve it we will refund the payment in full to the original payment method.

After the 7-day period, licence fees, subscription payments and renewal payments are non-refundable, including for unused time or unused capacity.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future renewal charges. Your licence and stored data remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the subscription simply ends.

Before you buy

To make sure NASGuard fits your Synology or QNAP setup before paying, review the compatibility details on our software page or contact us at billing@nasguard.cloud with your model and backup requirements. We are happy to confirm compatibility in advance.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate transaction or a renewal after a confirmed cancellation — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct any billing mistake.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country. Where such law grants a right to withdraw or a refund, that right applies. By completing a purchase you request immediate access to the software and, where permitted, acknowledge that this may end any statutory withdrawal period.
