Billing and payment questions
- Which payment methods can I use to buy a NASGuard backup plan?
- All major credit and debit cards are accepted at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection; NASGuard never stores your card details.
- Is billing monthly or yearly, and can I switch later?
- You can choose monthly or yearly billing at checkout. Yearly billing is about 16% cheaper, and you can switch billing cycles at any time from your account billing page.
- Do I get an invoice or receipt after paying?
- Yes. A PDF receipt is emailed automatically after every successful payment, and every transaction with its ID and renewal date is listed on your billing page.
- Can I change the amount of storage after I subscribe?
- Yes. Per-TB plans can be scaled up or down at any time and the price is prorated for the remaining period of your subscription.
- What is the refund policy?
- If the service does not work for your Synology or QNAP setup, contact support within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund the current billing period.
